Real Builds: Hilux N90 Centurion Canopy

This 2026 Toyota Hilux N90 SR5 Limited was built to match its looks with its capability. Finished in silver and sitting on aggressive all-terrain rubber, it's a clean example of what the next-generation Hilux platform looks like when it's set up properly.
Built and installed by the Utemaster team at our Waikato facility, New Zealand.
The Foundation - Utemaster Centurion Canopy
The anchor of this build is the Utemaster Centurion Canopy, engineered specifically to complement the sharp, squared-off geometry of the N90 tub. The textured black finish sits cleanly against the silver body, and the roofline profile follows the cab line without overreaching.
Built from 5052 grade aluminium with precision-formed extrusions, the Centurion brings structural strength without the weight penalty of steel. Corners are clean, weather seals are tight, and the fit on the N90 is exact.
Wheels, Tyres, and Snorkel
To match the N90's bodywork, the build was rounded out with ROH matte black alloy wheels wrapped in Toyo Open Country All-Terrain tyres - a combination that works hard on gravel and looks right doing it.
A low-profile snorkel was fitted to the drivers-side guard, tracking the A-pillar cleanly without standing out awkwardly. For river crossings and dusty back-country roads, it keeps the intake where it needs to be.
